ARM is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the C-Level Executive. This key role ensures seamless day-to-day operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Manage complex calendars for the leadership, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and prioritizing commitments.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion.

Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the leadership team.
Meeting & Event Coordination

Plan and execute leadership meetings, board meetings, off-sites, and corporate events.

Prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

Oversee logistics for internal and external events, including vendor coordination and travel arrangements.
Administrative & Operational Support

Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements for the leadership team.

Maintain filing systems, databases, and records of confidential and official documents.

Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests to ensure efficient workflow.
Professionalism & Confidentiality

Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with executives, board members, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership.

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
