We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Executive Operations & Real Estate Analyst to support the CEO and CFO across both executive administration and business analytics. This role blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic project support.
The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and real estate decision‑making and is ideal for someone who is operationally excellent, intellectually curious, and interested in growing within a real estate organization.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑up action items
- Handle executive correspondence and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential files, contracts, and corporate records
Financial & Analytical Support
- Assist with financial analysis related to acquisitions, refinancing, budgets, and portfolio performance
- Prepare and maintain Excel‑based models, trackers, and operating summaries
- Analyze property‑level financial statements, variances, and cash flows
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting processes
- Prepare executive‑level summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials
Real Estate & Business Operations
- Coordinate with property managers, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and vendors
- Support transaction workflows by organizing diligence materials and documentation
- Conduct market research on rents, comps, expenses, and industry trends
- Track deadlines, key deliverables, and ongoing initiatives across departments
Special Projects & Strategic Support
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects driven by executive leadership
- Improve internal processes, reporting efficiency, and data organization
- Perform research and synthesize findings for executive review
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
