We are a Pakistan-based international call center with 15+ years of experience, currently expanding our global operations (UK, USA & Canada clients). We are looking for a confident, smart, and self-driven professional to manage business development, online operations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international client communication (calls, emails, chat)
- Business development & cold calling for new projects
- Manage social media accounts & digital marketing campaigns
- SEO & online store (WordPress) management
- Email marketing & customer support
- Data handling using MS Word & Excel
- Graphic/content designing (basic creatives preferred)
- Administrative, HR & personal assistance tasks
- Coordinate with team & manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexible for day/night shifts and occasional outdoor tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience in digital marketing & social media management
- Knowledge of WordPress, SEO & online stores
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Multitasking, independent & proactive personality
- Reliable, honest & long-term commitment mindset
- Prior call center or international client handling experience preferred
