Executive Assistant (Construction) (Chinese-Speaking)

Ali-General Contractor US (ALIGCUS) was founded in 2008. After over ten years of development, the company has also developed into a full-service real estate enterprise integrating real estate investment consulting, architectural design, landscape design, and interior design.

We are looking for a Bilingual English/Chinese Executive Assistant to support the CEO with a variety of administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include preparing documents, strong administrative capabilities, communication skills, and the ability to assist with business operations, client coordination, and executive-level support. To be successful in this role, you must be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accompany the CEO to client meetings and business negotiations, assisting with coordination and communication
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Providedirect administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
  • Assist with construction-related administrative tasks, including document organization, project tracking, and communication with internal teams
  • Collect and follow up on the performance management from other departments
  • Contact Contractors/Subcontractors on project schedules and maintaining communication on project completion date/estimated time of completion
  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and day-to-day executive support tasks
  • Other duties delegated by the CEO

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual in English/Chinese with strong communication and writing ability in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Construction Management related is preferred
  • At least 3 year of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Construction Assistant, or office manager.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Hardworking, analytical, detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and with guidance from senior management
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a time-sensitive environmentJob Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM w/ 1 Hr Lunch Break

Starting Compensation:

$25 - $30 / hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
