We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant cum Lead Generator to support our (COO). The ideal candidate will manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, handle administrative tasks, and generate leads for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the COO.
- Assist in tracking tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Generate leads from Linkedin and arrange meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant/lead generator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Must hold own visa and be currently based in Dubai.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
