Executive Assistant (Female)
Shift timing : 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and well-presented Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant(Female) to join our growing team. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience :
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting C-level executives preferred.
- Excellent command of English written & verbal and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email management tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks independently.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency at all times.
- Maintain front desk organization
- Support administrative tasks as required
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Including HR Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and employee satisfaction by implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and well-being.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management strategies, including goal-setting, regular feedback, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
- Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and constructive manner, working to resolve issues while maintaining a harmonious workplace.
- Employee Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, and design programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities. Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Succession Planning: Contribute to the identification of high-potential employees and assist in developing succession plans to ensure the organization's talent pipeline.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Policy Implementation: Roll out HR policies, procedures, and guidelines consistently to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on key employee management metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to employee management.
- Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to employee management, and apply this knowledge to enhance HR practices.
