As an Executive Assistant (On-Site Atlanta, GA) - You Will:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer
Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for key executives
Book and coordinate travel; process and reconcile expense reports
Prepare correspondence, reports, policies, forms, and special mailings
Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies
Coordinate events, training programs, meetings, and seminars
Serve as a professional liaison across internal teams and external partners
Uphold organizational policies, compliance standards, and core values
About You:
Qualifications – What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 4 years proven administrative or executive support experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Ability to work on-site full time in Atlanta, GA
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proven knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Skilled in building strong relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new tools and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information
Dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible in meeting shifting priorities
