Executive Assistant III

The Executive Assistant III provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) – including [e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, etc.]. Key activities include travel arrangements, program planning and meeting coordination, handling sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, overall support at an executive level and portray a respected image of the Company’s leadership through excellent internal and external customer service.
Functions & Duties
- Liaison with Executive Management Team, outside agencies, and industry contacts.
- Drive C-suite(Executive Management Team), managing calendars, coordinating travel, sensitive communications, scheduling reservations, travel, reviewing, and submitting expenses.
- Support Executive Meeting Management both internal and external; arrange meals, refreshments, place regular orders for Executive Team area, budget oversight, and reconciling all monthly purchases inside and outside of expense platform.
- Ad Hoc reporting, agenda development, budget oversight as needed for Executive Management Team.
- Providing backup support to Executive Assistant I as needed while balancing multiple priorities with precision, and discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and deliver exceptional support to executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Assist Executive Assistant I with Chairperson/Home Office/Comex US visits; To include, but not limited to meeting space, dinner venues, restaurant reservations, and hotel blocked bookings for US delegation for both CCA & APL; Travel required in specific instances.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Superior skills in using Microsoft Office software, particularly skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining focus.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential. This individual must be able to keep confidences and act with the highest level of diplomacy and tact.
- A self-starter who does not need to wait for direction on daily support functions, but who understands when to ask for clarification or permission to move forward with a decision or delivery of a project.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational skills to effectively interface with all levels of management and staff, and outside business contacts.
- Detail orientation coupled with strong organization skills.

Required High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
At CMA CGM, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The expected salary range for this position is $67,340 – $84,175 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
