Job Summary:


The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, HR, and executive support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective coordination, and timely follow-up on business priorities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks, supporting communication across teams, and contributing to strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


The role involves managing executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and tracking action items. The Executive Assistant supports HR processes including onboarding, employee records, and recruitment coordination, while maintaining organized documentation and office operations. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, supporting events, and contributing to process improvements and strategic activities.


Knowledge & Experience:


The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of executive office operations, administration, and HR processes, with proven experience supporting senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing schedules, documentation, and cross-functional coordination are essential.


Skills & Education :


Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required, along with strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is key. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.


Working Hours:


  • This is a full-time role (8 hours per day, 5 days per week), with flexibility required based on business needs.
