Executive Assistant to the City Manager
The City of Savannah serving more than 150,000 residents and supported by over 2,700 dedicated employees is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced, executive-focused professional to serve at the highest level of municipal government as Executive Assistant to the City Manager.
This is not an entry-level administrative support position. We are seeking a seasoned executive office professional with a distinguished record of building administrative systems, streamlining workflows, and managing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing executive office.
The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the City Manager and plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the City Manager’s Office operates with excellence, efficiency, and responsiveness across the organization and the community.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for delivering high-level executive support to the City Manager’s Office. Requires an Associate or Technical Degree in a business-related field with five years of experience in office administration and/or office management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements
