Role Description
This is a Part-Time, Remote-Friendly contract role (20 hrs/week(+), $25–$35/hr) for an
Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator.
This is not a task-list job. You will be the operational backbone of the CEO's day — owning his calendar, keeping Monday.com current, capturing and closing action items from every call, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work across departments including partnerships, product, legal coordination, and creative, and you'll help prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings by building presentations and briefing materials. You'll know what matters this week and why — without being told.
