What Makes You A Perfect Fit?
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, or a related field.
. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C Level management.
. Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
· Have strong communication
. Experience handling multiple tasks and administrative skills
. Able to work independently with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and takes full initiative.
. Proactive, resilient and able to work under pressure.
· Able to use MS Office programs well
· Good English skills in written and verbal communications, fluency in French is considered a plus

At BNP Paribas Cardif You Will
· Managing the daily schedules and calendars of multiple Executive Vice Presidents, organizing meetings, and coordinating invitations.
. Planning and overseeing domestic and international travel arrangements, (flights, car, accommodation, visas, expense reports, etc)
. Organizing high-level meetings such as Executive Board and Senior Management meetings, taking detailed minutes, and preparing necessary documentation.
. Supporting business correspondence, managing emails, and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
. Acting as a liaison between departments and providing administrative support as needed.
. Organizing corporate and private events for the executives.
. Facilitate smooth communications between the executives, departments, other assistants, employees, external parties and customers.
. Maintaining a strong presence in the office to ensure prompt and effective assistance (required to work on-site five days a week).
