We are currently on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Executive Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in real estate and a passion for providing top-notch support to executives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining operations, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of our business. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, finance, budgeting, vendor management, and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
2. Manage and oversee the preparation of reports, business plans, and presentations.
3. Handle all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial forecasting.
4. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring that all contracts and agreements are up to date and beneficial to the company.
5. Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
6. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the executive team.
8. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the real estate sector.
2. Proven experience in human resources, finance, budgeting, vendor management, and recruitment.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
