Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$45,000 - $50,000 (salary)

Camden Logistics is seeking a highly organized and creative Executive Assistant / Social Media Manager to support executive leadership while managing and growing the company’s online presence. This role combines administrative excellence with digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both structured and creative environments.

Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and daily coordination

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of leadership

Maintain organization of documents, reports, and key business information

Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms

Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments as needed

Track analytics and performance metrics to improve social media strategy

Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools

Collaborate with leadership on branding, messaging, and online presence

Ensure consistency and professionalism across all digital channels

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, LinkedIn)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information

2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or social media role preferred

Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)

Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

Experience with Google Analytics or social media analytics tools preferred

Background in marketing, communications, or business administration is a plus
