Executive Assistant to BWS-KSA CEO I KSA based

BWS-KSA , the Riyadh-based branch of Balich Wonder Studio , is seeking a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This role is critical to maintaining focus, structure, and disciplined execution at the executive level. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted operational partner to the CEO, helping structure priorities, protect time, and ensure seamless coordination across leadership and external engagements.

This is a high-exposure role working closely with executive leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar aligned with strategic priorities
  
• Structure weekly agendas to balance internal leadership and external market activity
  
• Prepare the CEO for key meetings, board sessions, and strategic reviews
  
• Track action items across leadership and ensure follow-through
  
• Coordinate executive travel, logistics, and scheduling
  
• Support preparation of executive presentations and materials
  
• Maintain documentation of key decisions and governance records
  
• Facilitate coordination between departments when required
  
Support planning of external engagements, client meetings, and networking activities

The objective of this role is to ensure that executive focus remains on high-impact leadership, growth, and strategic positioning.

Requirements

Profile & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field)
  
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives
  
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  
• Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
  
• High level of trustworthiness and sound judgment
  
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and digital tools, mainly AI
  
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
