Executive Assistant to the CEO and President

Choices Women’s Medical Center, founded in 1971, is seeking a top-level Executive Assistant to work directly with our President, CEO, and Founder. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional who is passionate about women’s health, reproductive freedom, and their own personal and professional growth.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will provide comprehensive, diversified support to the President. You will serve as a crucial gatekeeper, managing incoming requests, preparing internal communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Beyond traditional administrative duties, you will actively engage in impactful social justice initiatives. You will assist with research, advocacy, and report preparation surrounding critical issues like women's health, political initiatives, feminism, and patients' rights. By helping the President meet vital deadlines, you will play a direct role in the successful operation of a busy, mission-driven women's health care center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope administrative support to the CEO and President.
  • Manage complex scheduling for week-to-week, day-to-day, and hour-to-hour appointments using Outlook.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including drafting corresponding deliverables.
  • Record, transcribe, compile, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Prepare detailed reports, memos, agendas, and correspondence.
  • Assist with research and advocacy projects tied to our core social justice mission.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask with a strong track record of reliable follow-up.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Top-tier administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Gmail platforms.
  • A high level of professionalism with proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Previous experience in a health care setting a plus.

Schedule

Flexibility is required. Primarily Monday–Friday schedule, Tuesday- Saturday scheduled may be required from time to time.
