Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant (Married Female) to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director. This role is built on the foundation of Ownership and Closure. While technical skills can be refined, the ability to follow up rigorously and ensure every task reaches its conclusion is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Command: Serve as the primary point of contact for the MD, managing daily schedules, meeting agendas, and reminders.
  • Rigorous Follow-up: Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure of pending tasks from both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Act as a bridge between the MD and vendors, clients, and staff to ensure seamless communication.
  • Documentation: Draft, review, and organize professional correspondence, reports, and sensitive documents.
  • Confidentiality: Handle high-level business and personal information with absolute discretion.
  • Personal Support: Assist with travel arrangements and occasional personal administrative tasks as assigned by the MD.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate degree (Secretarial or Administrative background preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years as an EA, Secretary, or Office Coordinator to senior leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is essential. Knowledge of Shorthand is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Strong command of spoken and written English.
