Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience to support the Director in all professional and administrative capacities. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills and be available on-call to manage the Director’s work requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar of the Director.
- Ensure all tasks, meetings, and deadlines are followed up and executed without fail.
- Proactively remind the Director of key dates, meetings, and priorities.
- Communication & Correspondence:
- Draft and manage high-quality professional correspondence, letters, and emails.
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Director.
- Travel & Logistics:
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, trains, taxis, and accommodations.
- Utilize credit card points for bookings wherever applicable to optimize costs.
- Tech & Tools Management:
- Efficiently use AI tools for task management, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system.
- Financial Handling:
- Manage and use company credit card responsibly for bookings, purchases, and reimbursements.
- Track expenses, prepare statements, and coordinate with accounts for clearances.
- Availability & Reliability:
- Be available at all times as required, including weekends and holidays, for urgent tasks or travel.
- Display high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
- Exceptional follow-up skills and ability to remember and execute tasks without reminders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern AI productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in travel coordination, credit card usage and point redemption.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
