Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO

Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO of a private jet charter & aircraft management company and a pharmaceutical manufacturing & distribution business. Both operate in regulated environments.

This is a hands-on, team-oriented organization. Titles do not define contribution. The right candidate works comfortably across all levels of the company and steps in where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
  • Interface with CFO regarding financial reporting
  • Compile financial and operational reports for CEO review
  • Track completion of CEO directives
  • Maintain organization within the CEO’s office during travel

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive
  • Financially literate and able to understand P&L statements, cash flow reporting, and key operating metrics
  • Sound judgment with appropriate escalation awareness
  • Highly organized, discreet, and accountable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
