Executive Assistant to GCEO

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our clients' Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO). The ideal candidate will be a professional and discreet individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the GCEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and events, including Board and Executive Committee sessions.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and follow up on key projects and action items.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong background in corporate or financial institutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong document drafting and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Arabic and English.
  • With a valid Qatar Driving License and own vehicle.
