Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and official communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support business planning, coordination of priorities, and tracking of key deliverables.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Assist in coordinating with senior leadership, departments, and external partners.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the MD’s office.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role.
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or leadership preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
