Executive Assistant to the CEO

If you’re the kind of person who naturally brings order to a fast-moving environment, keeps important things from slipping through the cracks, and helps a leader stay focused and effective, keep reading.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO, David Chavez. This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role. It’s a high-trust, high-responsibility partnership for someone who naturally brings structure, protects priorities, and follows through on what matters.

Who you’ll be working with

David is a visionary, relational, fast-moving leader. He is wired for ideas, momentum, and people. He sees opportunities quickly, makes decisions fast, and likes to keep things moving. That means he works best with someone who complements him well — someone steady, organized, detail-aware, confident enough to speak up, and strong at follow-through.

You do not need to be flashy in this role. You do need to be grounded, proactive, and able to bring calm to a full day. If you’re the kind of person who notices details, asks smart questions, and takes real pride in helping someone else succeed, you’ll likely feel at home here.

This role might be a fit for you if…

  • You are naturally organized and detail-oriented.
  • You like keeping people, priorities, and projects on track.
  • You are comfortable following up more than once when something matters.
  • You stay steady under pressure and can adapt when priorities change.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and with good judgment.
  • You enjoy supporting a leader and helping them operate at their best.
  • You are tech-savvy and genuinely strong with Outlook, calendar management, Word, Excel, tasks, and digital note-taking.
  • You love finishing what you start and making sure nothing important gets dropped.

How to apply

If this sounds like you, please send us your resume and a cover letter telling us what stood out to you about this role, why you believe you’d be a strong fit, and the compensation you’d accept.

Please include all three. Attention to detail matters in this role.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

What you’ll actually do

  • Manage a busy executive calendar across multiple time zones.
  • Keep the CEO updated on priorities, deadlines, follow-up, and next steps.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, logistics, and schedule changes.
  • Track action items and help make sure important work keeps moving.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a polished, professional way.
  • Support project coordination and day-to-day execution.
  • Organize notes, files, tasks, and systems so work stays clear and accessible.
  • Help create structure around fast-moving ideas and shifting priorities.
Qualifications:

What success looks like

Success in this role looks like being one step ahead. You know what is coming, what needs follow-up, and what could fall through the cracks before it actually does. You help bring clarity, completion, and calm to a fast-paced environment. You’re not waiting to be told every little thing — you’re paying attention, thinking ahead, and taking ownership.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office
  • Confidence using Outlook beyond email, including calendar management, task tracking, and digital organization
  • Ability to work in our Georgetown, TX office
  • Ability to travel about once a month for a few days at a time
