Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, business presentations, and MIS reports.
  • Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in strategic planning, business development coordination, and special projects.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
  • Organize company events, board meetings, and executive meetings.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and important company documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage).
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in UAE corporate/real estate sector preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
