Faz Restaurants Group, with multiple restaurant locations in the bay area, is looking for an individual to provide Executive Assistant support to the President/Owner. Our ideal candidate is efficient, highly organized and pays special attention to detail, is a quick thinker, smart problem solver and resourceful. Applicant should be an individual who works great independently, but also thrives in a team environment and represents the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer and employee interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.

About the Role

Key Opportunities for Impact

  • Operational Architect: Develop, refine, and implement streamlined operational procedures for everything from vendor management to inventory and reporting. Your role is to build and maintain the engine that keeps the business running smoothly.
  • Strategic Gatekeeper: Manage a complex, fast-paced schedule and all communications with a high degree of autonomy. You won't just answer phones—you'll triage, prioritize, and make judgment calls that ensure the owner's time is always focused on high-impact priorities.
  • Problem-Solver-in-Chief: Tackle challenges before they escalate. This includes everything from resolving vendor issues to addressing operational gaps and navigating unexpected logistical hurdles. Your role is to anticipate needs and act proactively, not reactively.
  • Business Intelligence Hub: Act as a central hub for information. You will research, assemble, and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations that support critical decision-making processes. You'll move beyond the "how" and inform the "what's next".
  • Event and Project Lead: Take ownership of special projects and events. This could mean coordinating a marketing campaign, organizing a client dinner, or overseeing a restaurant renovation with minimal oversight. You’ll be trusted to manage all aspects from start to finish.
