Position Summary
This role supports executive leadership, manages essential HR functions, and plays a key part in planning company events and celebrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a creative environment, enjoys working with people, and brings strong administrative and organizational skills to the table.
Responsibilities
Executive Support

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel

Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials

Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Support special projects related to music publishing, licensing, and operations
HR Administration

Assist with onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance

Assist with Payroll processing when needed

Maintain accurate employee records and support benefits administration

Coordinate performance reviews, training sessions, and internal communications

Respond to employee inquiries and help foster a positive workplace culture
Event Planning & Culture

Plan and execute company events, including holiday parties, team-building activities, product launches, and industry-related celebrations

Manage event logistics: venues, catering, décor, entertainment, and vendor coordination

Develop creative ideas to strengthen employee engagement and company culture

Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator/Administrator, or similar role
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Event planning experience strongly preferred
