What You Will Do:

The primary responsibilities of the Executive Assistant & Human Resources Specialist is to manage administrative tasks such as handling various forms of correspondence from initiation to follow through, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and other task as assigned.

Support executives with projects, prepare documents and reports, and act as a gatekeeper to manage communication flow and protect the executives' time.

Maintain an organized human resources department with all that entails to include: manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding; administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations; manage insurance programs and retirement plans; maintain employee records tracking employee anniversaries/reviews, etc.; coordinate or assist with employee training programs and performance management processes; support HR strategies; work with our payroll service company as needed; and stay current on federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure the company is compliant.

Keys to Success:

· The ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member, handling sensitive information with discretion and a high level of integrity

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong Proficiency with Office Software

· Ability to learn custom company software and supporting in-house software applications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

· Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Location & Hours:

· Office location at Sandbridge Beach, Virginia Beach, VA

· Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Description:

To Be Determined based on Skills and Experience
