Executive Assistant/Assistant Office Manager - This is a 1099 Remote-“Wisconsin Only” Position!

We are excited to offer a great opportunity for individuals looking to transition from part-time to full-time work within 90 days.

This entry-level position is suited for those with the right skills but limited experience or who can't currently commit to full-time hours due to current personal or financial reasons.

The role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from home 90% of the time. However, you will be required to visit the office during the week to perform tasks such as picking up and dropping off mail, meeting with our shredding service, and handling other office duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills in administrative tasks, excel spreadsheets, and client service. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset who is proactive in expanding their responsibilities and demonstrates a strong work ethic while working independently.

EDUCATION

  • High School Graduate (or) GED

REQUIRED

  • Home office capable
  • Strong sense of integrity to protect confidential personal information.
  • Obtaining a “Property & Casualty” license during a 90-day probation period.

  • PIPEDRIVE or other Sales-Based CRM Databases
  • DROPBOX cloud storage or similar software
  • XEROX copier use and material production

DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE:

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations team, handling a mix of administrative, financial, and coordination tasks, including:

  • Managing incoming phone calls and monitoring email communications
  • Preparing weekly operations activity reports utilizing excel
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM database (data entry, uploads, cleanup)
  • Processing agency mail and coordinating monthly document shredding
  • Documenting and improving internal office processes and procedures
  • Supporting employee and contractor onboarding
  • Assisting with light bookkeeping and payroll tasks
  • Processing client payments and checks
  • Handling accounts receivable and payable
  • Responding to billing questions and updating payment method

DAILY CLIENT SERVICING:

Every day, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks for our current clients' personal, business, and farm policy clients:

  • Policy Changes & Reviews
  • Underwriter Communications
  • Issuing Proof of Insurance Binders & Certificates

HOURS/SCHEDULE

  • Part-Time Hours: Monday thru Friday – 12pm to 5pm
  • Part-Time to Full-Time in 90 Days
  • Going full-time is not a requirement for this position, but getting licensed is

COMPENSATION

Base Pay:

  • Based on Experience | Raise after 90 Day Probation
  • First year potential income: Minimum $24,000 - $50,000

Production Bonuses:

  • Quarterly | Annual

Sales Payments & Commissions

  • Selling is not mandatory but is always encouraged and rewarded.
  • Paid for leads that you generate for our agency.
  • Get paid commissions & residuals (only after being licensed.
