The Executive Associate is a key partner to leaders and staff across PHS, providing high‑level administrative, analytical, and confidential support. This role manages a diverse workload that requires strong judgment, adaptability, flexibility, and accountability. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and works independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Coordinate and attend meetings, Board Committees, and PHS Councils; prepare materials and capture meeting minutes.
Develop and maintain systems to track performance measures and key departmental metrics.
Communicate and coordinate executive instructions with internal stakeholders.
Support leadership‑level projects through planning, coordination, and follow‑through.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate events, and arrange travel.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, members, employees, and the public.
Assist with budget and expense processing as needed.
Maintain policies, records, and departmental documentation.
Coordinate the work of others when assigned.
Support database management and related administrative functions.
Stay knowledgeable about department activities and provide operational support across assigned areas.
