Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information.
Follow up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe.
Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with the contract discount.
Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments and claim status follow-up.
Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances.
Hands-on experience with EHR systems
All accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up.
Answer patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
To Communicate Effectively with Team.
To perform the Account Receivables, Denial Management, and Appeal Management.
To maintain the protocols and documentation of each performed task.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
Requirements for Fresh:
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the RCM Industry and Health Insurance will be a plus point.
Requirements for Experience:
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate
Experience: Having 01 to 02 years of relevant experience in Medical/Dental billing
Candidates with a Medical background or having less than 01 year of experience in a call center.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
