What you become a part of :


The successful candidate will lead and drive our diagnostics business in the UAE region. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding our B2B and B2C diagnostics footprint, establishing strategic partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


What to expect :


Market Expansion & Business Development-

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across diagnostics segments (Hospitals, Clinics, Labs, Government institutions).
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new service offerings or markets.
  • Lead B2B and institutional client acquisition, partnerships, and relationship management in Dubai.


P&L and Strategic Planning-

  • Drive revenue and profitability targets for the assigned geography.
  • Create annual operating plans (AOP) and long-range business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Optimize costs while scaling business performance.


Operations & Compliance-

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (lab operations, logistics etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Implement systems and frameworks to improve customer satisfaction and reduce service gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across touchpoints.


Stakeholder Engagement-

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align commercial goals.
  • Represent the company at industry forums and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.


Essential education, experience & skills:


  • Graduate in Commerce or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development in Diagnostics or healthcare services, preferably in the UAE region.
  • Proven success in launching new geographies, scaling operations, and driving customer-centric initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, commercial processes, and channel management.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B healthcare business development, ideally in a multi-cultural, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and build scalable processes.
