We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in lead generation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lead generation or inside sales, particularly within IT services, or technology consulting domain. You will play a key role in initiating conversations, and nurturing interest in our service offerings. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for IT services and solutions.

Conduct outreach campaigns to prospective clients to generate qualified leads

Identify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound calling

Build and maintain a database of prospective clients across target regions and industries

Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales / Business Development Managers

Maintain follow-ups until leads are successfully converted to opportunities

Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and target accounts

Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and performance metrics

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM tools

Represent the company professionally and communicate value propositions clearly

2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation

Proven experience in outbound lead generation for IT services and technology solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections confidently

Experience using CRM / sales automation tools will be an added advantage.

Prior experience generating leads in international markets (US/UK/Middle East)
