Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily kitchen operations

* Plan and design menus

* Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation

* Supervise and train kitchen staff

* Manage inventory and order supplies

* Control food costs and minimize waste

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

* Enforce health and safety regulations

* Coordinate with management and front-of-house staff

* Develop new recipes and stay updated on culinary trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD450.000 per month
