Executive Chef – Gastronomic Fusion Latin American Cuisine
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef with strong expertise in Gastronomic Cuisine, specializing in Fusion Latin American dishes. The Executive Chef will oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional food quality, innovation, and smooth day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team across all sections (hot, cold, pastry).
  • Design and implement innovative menus, highlighting Latin American fusion gastronomy.
  • Approve recipes and plating while maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portions.
  • Control food costs, minimize waste, and manage supplier performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Conduct daily briefings, delegate tasks, and evaluate team performance.
  • Collaborate with FOH and management to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously raise kitchen standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
  • Expert knowledge of Gastronomic Cuisine with emphasis on Fusion Latin American.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of cost control, procurement, and HACCP standards.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
