Restaurant Supervisor for our Iranian Kabab restaurant

Job Description:
We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for our Iranian Kabab restaurant. The candidate must have experience and knowledge of Iranian Kabab cuisine and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide training when needed
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor/manager
• Knowledge of Iranian Kabab cuisine is a must
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,400 – 2,800 (based on experience)
