Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant branches to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures for efficiency.
- Create business plans and strategies to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers to maintain consistent service standards across all outlets.
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Lead training and development programs for all staff.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and approve major procurement decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective action plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operational role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in cost management and operational excellence.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a bonus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
- More prefer for Immediate joiner.
