Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant branches to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures for efficiency.
• Create business plans and strategies to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers to maintain consistent service standards across all outlets.
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Lead training and development programs for all staff.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and approve major procurement decisions.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective action plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operational role in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record in cost management and operational excellence.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a bonus.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• More prefer for Immediate joiner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
