We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with 2 years of experience in the culinary industry. The position offers a salary of 1000 SAR per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Job Summary

The Executive Chef is responsible for leading our culinary team while ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This person will be involved in all aspects of the restaurant, including menu creation, kitchen staff supervision, inventory management, and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of culinary trends, cooking techniques, recipes, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
• Proven experience with budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment.
