Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional Greek cuisine. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for menu execution, maintaining high-quality standards, kitchen management, and ordering supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the preparation of authentic Greek dishes with precision and consistency.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

- Oversee kitchen operations, including managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared in line with food safety and quality standards.

- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen tasks, ensuring smooth service.

- Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies as needed.

- Monitor food cost control and minimize waste.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all food safety protocols.

- Create new menu items or update existing dishes based on seasonality and trends.

- Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Culinary degree or certificate from a recognized institution.

- Expert in Greek cuisine with an extensive broad knowledge of international culinary styles.

- 5+ years of experience in kitchen leadership or senior chef roles.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

- Food Safety Certificate required.

- Passion for Greek culinary traditions and commitment to delivering exceptional food.

Experience Level:

- 5+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, specifically in Greek cuisine.
