We are a modern coffee house and bistro located in the heart of Gulberg, Islamabad — offering a cozy dining experience with a diverse menu that includes gourmet pizzas, handcrafted burgers, juicy steaks, classic English breakfasts, and indulgent desserts. We are now looking for a passionate and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and take our culinary offerings to the next level.

Position Overview:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, menu development, food preparation, and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in both savory and dessert items, a strong sense of creativity, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all kitchen staff and culinary operations.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes including:
• Gourmet pizzas, burgers, steaks, English breakfast, and desserts.
• Develop new menu items and seasonal specials that align with our bistro’s theme.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with management on menu pricing, kitchen budgeting, and cost control.
• Stay updated with food trends and innovative cooking techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable restaurant, café, or bistro.
• Expertise in continental, fast food, and dessert preparation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen management, hygiene, and food safety practices.
• Creativity, passion for food, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
