Chef / Kitchen Team Leader

Ar Rayyan, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to lead our catering operations. The ideal candidate will not only excel in cooking but also demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to oversee the entire kitchen and branch responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and create high-quality dishes, specializing in Arabic and Gulf cuisine (additional international experience is a plus). prefer experience in Iranian cuisine as well

Lead, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Take full responsibility for kitchen performance, food quality, and service standards.

Plan menus, develop new dishes, and maintain creativity in food presentation.

Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).

Train, guide, and support team members to improve skills and maintain consistency.

Work effectively under pressure, especially during catering events.

Ensure proper scheduling, task distribution, and operational discipline in the kitchen.
