Head Baker/Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced Head Baker/ Pastry Chef to lead our bakery operations. You will oversee production, manage the baking team, maintain quality standards, and develop new recipes that align with our brand’s creativity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bakery team, including training
• Oversee daily production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Develop new recipes and seasonal items in collaboration with the culinary team
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all bakery products
• Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and manage stock control
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the bakery
• Optimize workflow and production efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Baker, Bakery Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production techniques
• Creativity and passion for developing new bakery items
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
