About Us

We are a dynamic hospitality group based in Doha, Qatar, with a portfolio of restaurants and cafés, including our latest concept bakery and café. It has successfully launched and is already receiving excellent feedback on its artisanal breads, premium desserts, sandwiches, and specialty coffee. To build on this momentum, we are seeking a consultant chef who can help us drive innovation, refine our product offering, and elevate the guest experience further.

Role Overview

The Consultant Chef will be responsible for evolving menu by introducing new, market-relevant recipes inspired by Nordic traditions while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. The role will focus on innovation, recipe development, and training, ensuring that continues to stand out as a premium destination in Doha’s café and bakery scene.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative sweet and savoury recipes that complement and expand the current menu.

- Enhance and refine existing recipes for improved quality, efficiency, and market appeal.

- Research and adapt Nordic bakery trends for the Doha market, ensuring authenticity with local relevance.

- Conduct training sessions for bakery and café staff, focusing on recipe execution, consistency, and presentation.

- Standardize production processes and establish clear SOPs for new menu items.

- Provide input on seasonal menus, limited-time offerings, and product launches.

- Advise on ingredient sourcing and cost optimization without compromising product quality.

Qualifications & Experience

· Proven track record as a bakery consultant, head baker, or pastry chef with expertise in Nordic or European bakery traditions.

· Strong experience in product innovation and menu development for cafés, bakeries, or restaurant groups.

· Excellent skills in artisan breads, laminated doughs, pastries, and café-style savouries.

· Hands-on trainer with ability to coach and mentor multicultural kitchen teams.

· Strong commercial awareness with ability to balance creativity and profitability.

· Flexibility to be based in Doha for the project duration.

Engagement Terms

Project-based consultancy (initial 3–6 months, with possible extension based on performance and needs).

Attractive consultancy fees with travel and accommodation provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
