We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead and manage culinary operations within a dynamic Food & Beverage environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities, driving menu development, maintaining exceptional food quality standards, and leading a high-performing culinary team to deliver consistent excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality food.
- Design, develop, and update menus in alignment with brand standards, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, portion control, and taste consistency across all outlets.
- Manage food costs, control waste, and monitor inventory to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
- Supervise kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Support pre-opening projects and new outlet launches when required.
- Maintain alignment with brand identity and overall culinary concept.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience within the Food & Beverage or restaurant industry.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive culinary experience, including leadership or executive-level roles.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu engineering and cost control management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
