We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure high-quality culinary operations across our restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute menus aligned with brand standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety (HACCP & local regulations)
  • Monitor inventory, food cost, and wastage control
  • Collaborate with management on new offerings, seasonal menus, and promotions
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations across all outlets

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a chef in restaurants or hotels in (minimum 3 years in UAE)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Expertise in menu planning, portion control, and cost management
  • Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and standards

Only candidates with relevant UAE F&B experience will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
