We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our award-winning restaurant in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a degree or certification in culinary arts, and at least five years of professional kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest quality standards for all meals served in the restaurant.
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly.
• Create innovative menus and special dishes to provide an exceptional dining experience for customers.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including supervising staff, controlling costs, preparing menus, and overseeing food preparation.
• Train new staff members and build relationships with vendors to ensure ingredients are fresh and flavorful.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in culinary arts.
• At least five years of professional kitchen experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; detail-oriented with a passion for food; desire to learn new recipes and techniques.
