Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cooks and culinary personnel in our restaurant in Musaffah.
• Ensure each meal that leaves the kitchen is prepared according to established standards.
• Develop new recipes and menus; oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of kitchen staff.
• Manage food inventories, control costs, and order supplies as necessary.
