Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Creative Director to join our team!

Job Description:
As the Executive Creative Director and senior-most creative authority, you will translate and embed the approved creative vision into cohesive, buildable, and operational experiential environments. You will lead and integrate creative, technical, engineering, and construction teams, safeguarding the integrity of the intended visitor experience across all visitor-facing spaces, attractions, and live entertainment systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing strategic creative direction and multidisciplinary design integration across all visitor-facing environments and experiences.
• Endorsing and guiding design development to ensure the approved creative intent is accurately interpreted and consistently implemented.
• Reviewing technical resolutions, mock-ups, prototypes, and value engineering initiatives to verify preservation of creative integrity.
• Ensuring experiential cohesion between storytelling, spatial sequencing, guest journey planning, attraction mechanics, show systems, and operational requirements.
• Maintaining alignment between creative ambition, technical feasibility, lifecycle maintainability, and commercial constraints.
• Providing executive creative leadership through design development, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and opening readiness phases.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 20 years of progressive multidisciplinary leadership experience in creative direction, experiential design integration, and large-scale entertainment or destination development.
• Demonstrated executive leadership and cross-sector project delivery experience on theme parks, location-based entertainment, IP-driven mega projects, immersive destinations, and large-scale visitor experience environments.
• Proven experience overseeing integrated design teams from concept through construction and operational handover.
• Advanced understanding of architectural coordination, show and ride systems integration, media environments, AV technologies, interactive systems, and spatial storytelling.
• Experience managing international consultant teams and contractor interfaces.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• GCC project exposure preferred; experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
