About the Company

IndianChemist is a healthcare operations and technology startup focused on building efficient, data-driven pharmacy and healthcare systems.We are currently in the pilot phase, testing real-time executions and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages from hubs and customers

· Resolve order-related, app-related, and service-related queries

· Coordinate with hub control and logistics teams for issue resolution

· Log complaints, feedback, and execution gaps accurately

· Assist hubs in using the app and processes correctly

· Maintain service quality and response time standards

Basic Requirements

· Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

· 1–3 years’ experience in customer support or service roles

· Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

· Comfortable using mobile apps and basic software tools

· Patient, problem-solving, and service-oriented mindset

· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
