IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The purpose of the Executive CO role is to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of the Copper and Fiber-to-the-Feeder (FF) access network within the assigned sub-division, including seamless takeover from deployment, reduction of network cuts, and effective management of maintenance teams to ensure timely fault restoration and service continuity.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage operations and maintenance of the Copper and FF access network within the sub-division.
• Ensure successful completion of QA audits in line with defined standards and procedures.
• Carry out rehabilitation and revamping of copper cables to ensure optimal network utilization and performance.
• Plan and execute network relocation and extensions to meet current and future demand.
• Optimize deployment of maintenance teams to improve efficiency and reduce MTTR.
• Ensure security, safety, and integrity of hand holes, ducts, and cables to minimize service disruptions and losses.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
