IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for managing FBB installations with a strong focus on Quality of Installation, overseeing Flash Fiber new installations and migration activities, and closely monitoring MTTR and MTTP performance to ensure timely issue resolution. You will handle repeat complaints, service denial cases, and low-power issues while driving effective corrective actions. Additionally, you will ensure overall network stability and maintain CHI performance standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects. Improve operational KPIs.
• Quality of installations, 100% FF feasible installations. Enable team to install all feasible sales orders.
• Identification of Preventive Maintenance of pain points of Copper/FF to minimize factors that deteriorates CHI and customer experience.
• Reduce HSE accidents and work injuries including third party staff and vendors
• 100% accurate mapping of Copper/FF network

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BE Electrical Engineering / BE (Electronics) / MS (Telecom Engg.) from HEC recognized university

Technical Competency:

• Knowledge of Business operations and services KPIs.
• Understanding of services KPIs & customer relationship Management.
• Quality and Complaint Management.
• Rehabilitation and Technical Planning.
