Role Overview

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Customer Success to support clients during software implementation and post-go-live operations in the construction sector.

This role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in procurement, site/project coordination, or construction-related roles, who are interested in transitioning into software implementation and customer success. Candidates with a Civil / Mechanical / Architecture background and an inclination towards technology are strongly encouraged to apply.

The role involves L1/L2 client support, coordination with internal teams, and assisting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing enterprise clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Software Support (L1/L2)

• Handle client, user, and vendor tickets related to:
• Software usage issues
• General queries
• Data entry and operational support
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets by coordinating with internal product and tech teams

Key Account Support

• Assist Key Account Managers in:
• Client communication and follow-ups
• Tracking daily tasks, tickets, and escalations
• Preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Support onboarding and training sessions for clients and vendors

Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems
• Prepare reports related to usage, tickets, and client performance

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently

Eligibility & QualificationsEducational Qualification

• BCA / MCA
• BBA / MBA
• BCom / MCom
• OR BE / BTech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture
• Other equivalent qualifications with relevant experience

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Procurement / Site Projects / Construction Operations OR
• Customer support, ERP, Procure-to-Pay, or enterprise software tools
• Strong hands-on experience with Excel (daily usage)

Required SkillsHard Skills

• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
• Exposure to ERP / Procure-to-Pay / Construction-tech software (preferred)
• Basic understanding of construction procurement or site workflows (added advantage)

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages
